IT’S LIKE ATTEMPTING TO TRANSLATE ENERGY INTO WORDS. OR DESCRIBING SOMETHING SURREAL AND PROFOUND YOU EXPERIENCED IN A DREAM. Part of what makes the medicine of horses difficult to describe is that the experience of it is so subjective. And that adds to the beauty of it is because everyone has their own way of explaining what it means to them based on their unique experiences.
The Horse Wisdom experience is as individual as the human who seeks healing and the horse who steps in to support them with their medicine. But one thing is for certain—when you begin to see a horse for their medicine, everything changes.
Because when you see a horse for their innate wisdom, you begin to see your own in their reflection. And you realize that, while you sought out the horse for their medicine, the foundation of the healing they offer is in showing you the path back home to the true essence you embody. That is the true power and healing available in Horse Wisdom.

As we grow up, we take on external conditioning from our families, friends, colleagues and communities in order to function within the structures and systems of the world. And in the process, we often forget who we are.
Self-abandonment becomes a survival mechanism and we learn that it’s safer to contort ourselves to fit into societal norms than to stand tall in the authenticity of who we are and risk becoming an outcast for being different.
Horses model for us what it looks like to own our innate gifts and authenticity.
When we observe horses in a herd, it becomes clear that each one of them fulfills a set of roles within the collective.
As non-predatory animals, horses rely on their herd for safety. This means each horse plays an essential role in the health and well-being of the herd, which is why their individuality actually adds to the strength and nourishment of the collective.
When we allow horses to live as naturally as possible with freedom, friends and access to all of their essential needs, we are able to identify their individuated characteristics, the ways in which they engage with their herd mates, the roles they hold within their herd, and their unique energetic signature. All of these aspects combined makes up the medicine each horse embodies.
And when we allow horses the space and sovereignty to be teachers, they prove to be incredibly willing partners and guides for us. Especially on our journey of self and spiritual development.

AN IMMERSIVE 1:1 MULTI-SESSION EXPERIENCE

HOW IT UNFOLDS:
We begin with a 30-minute 1:1 mentorship call over Zoom where we will do the initial excavation to uncover what you want to work on in these sessions and set the foundation for receiving wisdom from the herd.
What we uncover on this call us is what I will bring to the herd on your behalf. This Horse Wisdom session will be recorded specifically for you with the question and intention you decide upon in our mentorship session. I will include my interpretations of the teachings the herd offers as well as insights on the horses who come forward for you. What you receive and intuit from them will be equally as important.
On our final 30-minute mentorship call, we will unpack the guidance from your Horse Wisdom session and land the learning in practical ways you can immediately integrate into your life.
Horses are masterful at getting to the root of what we are struggling to see on our own.
They can guide us to the foundation of what needs awareness and attention so we can do the work we are being asked to do and step more fully into who we are being called to become.
This container is designed to support you in exactly that through a combination of Horse Wisdom with the herd and mentorship sessions with me to help you identify what is preventing you from moving forward and deepen into the teachings of the horses.
